My name is Jon Frantin and I am a Major Account Manager based in our Lehigh Valley Office. What I love most about our company is the people I get to work with. Everyone at Edwards cares about helping the customer and making sure they are supported fully!
I am driven to create an open line of communication between myself and our customers. My job is much more than selling someone equipment or service. I believe it is creating a long-lasting partnership with that person or business, so they feel comfortable coming to me with any issues that may arise. I also try and take some time to get to know my customers so we can form a deeper connection than just sales rep and client.
Some of my hobbies include hiking, working out, playing basketball, and pretty much anything that is outdoors or competitive!
My goal in life and this job is to try and give back and help people as much as possible. I am incredibly thankful to be working for such an amazing company that truly lets me do just that!
