Danielle Englund

I am the Office Manager for Miriam's House, a homeless shelter in Lynchburg, VA. I put in a service call yesterday due to repeated jamming in our copier. Tyler was our serviceman, and this email is to recognize him. When he realized that he would not be able to make it yesterday, he called to let me know, along with telling me what time he would be here today. When he came today, he was extremely friendly and quickly diagnosed our problem. It was a small setting that I was not aware of, and it is something that probably made me look a little foolish, but Tyler did not make me feel that way at all. He could have left after confirming that the problem was fixed and would have had a two minute service call, but he didn't. Since the machine had not been serviced in a while, he went ahead and cleaned it to make sure it was working at its best, and also put in an order for  toner for me when he noticed we were running low. Tyler demonstrated customer service at its finest today, and I hope you will recognize him for doing so.
