This is a letter of gratitude – to express my appreciation for the superior product and service provided on my BizHub 250, and on other copiers, many years further back. I went back in the file and found a maintenance call by Bill Drummond in 2005. Bill has always been most helpful Re: service for lo these many years. Now, the most recent maintenance assistance has been by Tyler Boyd – also very capable and friendly. Response time for maintenance has always been quick – same or next day.

And, to you, Vicki, for about five to six years, you’ve always checked on my needs, provided professional, honest and friendly advice; and I would readily recommend you and your product. I now own my BizHub 250 – for about two years - and still receive prompt, professional and friendly service.

Thank you, and all the supporting staff in seeing to my copier needs. All the machines have worked well, and transfer of the copier in 2007 to my current location was simply smooth.
