My name is Andy Hartman, the Lititz Service Manager at EBS located in Lancaster, PA. One of the things I love the most about working for EBS/VBS is the feeling of being a part of an awesome team.
My main responsibility is to provide service and repairs for our customers' office equipment. I take pride in fixing machines and helping our customers understand how their equipment works, ensuring they have a smooth experience.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, enjoy hitting the golf course, and can often be found cheering for my favorite sports teams.
This September marks my 26th year with the company, and I owe a big thank you to everyone who has helped me grow professionally into my current role. I strive to bring my best to every interaction with customers, and I'm dedicated to ensuring their satisfaction with our services at EBS.
