My name is Hayden Ruth, an Account Manager at Edwards Business Systems, located at our Lehigh Valley office.
As someone relatively new to EBS, one of the first things that sticks out to me about working here, is the incredible team of colleagues I'm fortunate to have by my side. Everyone I've encountered has been incredibly helpful in guiding me through this new role and industry. I feel truly grateful for the opportunity to work with such exceptional people.
In my role as an Account Manager, my main goal is to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. This involves providing tailored business solutions and reliable equipment to meet their unique needs. I understand that perfection isn't always attainable, and that's why I'm committed to quickly and efficiently resolving any issues our clients may face. It's essential to me that their businesses run smoothly.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. We love creating and enjoying great food, and we make it a point to come together for dinner several times a week. I also enjoy practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It offers me the opportunity to build confidence and a sense of accomplishment that transcends my day-to-day life.
