My name is Madison Sheaffer, I am an Account Manager at Edwards Business Systems (EBS) located in Lititz, PA. As a newer employee, I am incredibly impressed by the people and the culture at EBS, which truly sets the company apart from others. The support I receive here allows me to better prepare for future challenges and achieve success. What I love about EBS is that they treat their employees like family, and this positive atmosphere extends to our customers as well.
In my role as an Account Manager, my main focus is on gaining new business in the Lancaster area and strengthening relationships with our existing customers. I understand that every business has unique needs, and my job is to find the best solutions to address their challenges while providing excellent service. To achieve this, I make it a point to regularly visit our customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. At EBS, our core principle is always to do the right thing, and that means keeping our customers at the center of everything we do.
When I'm not at work, you can find me at the local dog park with my pup named Lemon, or hanging out with my family and friends. I also maintain an active lifestyle by frequently visiting the gym and enjoying boat outings.
