My name is Steve Rotello, I am the Service Manager at EBS located at our Scranton location. My role involves managing day-to-day service calls, providing support and coaching to the service team, and effectively communicating with customers to resolve issues.

Outside of EBS, you'll often find me enjoying my hobbies, which include fly fishing, kayaking, 3D archery, and shooting sports.
