Client accounts are managed in our local branch offices.
You may call or send inquiries online after business hours. We will respond the next business day.
We evaluate your service needs and dispatch you to the appropriate technician or to our help desk.
If dispatched to our help desk, they will respond to your needs within one hour of your call.
For clients with service agreements located in our servicing areas, we dispatch technicians to your facility within four hours on average.
For clients under our service agreement, any failure on our end to meet response times will earn you a 5% credit against your base agreement.
Technicians will inspect and perform services, such as diagnostics, to ensure equipment is up to standard.
If equipment is inoperable for 48 hours, we will provide a loaner until the issue is resolved. We also provide access to our nearest printing facility.
In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of our team receiving your order. For urgent supply needs, our team will work with you to either overnight or deliver supplies locally when possible.
